دانشگاه بغلان  (Baghlan University ranking) was founded in 1993 as a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Pul-e Khomri (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Baghlan. دانشگاه بغلان ( Baghlan University ranking)  is a coeducational Afghan higher education institution that is officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan. Baghlan University (BU) provides courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. BU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
