2022 Ranking of Slovakia Universities

What are Slovakia’s most famous universities? Topuniversitieslist attempts to address this issue by releasing the Slovak University Ranking for 2022, which includes 32 Slovak higher-education institutions that fulfill the Topuniversitieslist selection criteria:

  • being chartered, registered, or certified by the relevant Slovak higher education-related institution, and providing at least four-year undergraduate degrees (bachelor degrees) or postgraduate degrees (master or doctoral degrees) in a conventional, face-to-face, non-distance education style.

There are many universities in Slovakia that are distinguished for their educational achievements. In each of the universities, students are taught by modern methods. And each of these universities is accredited and officially recognized by the state. Slovakia education ranking is rising every year. Also, each of them complies with international standards. New teaching methods are one of the main factors leading to the development of education. Interest in the faculties is high, the main reason for this is that the teachers here use different teaching methods. Students are also presented with projects in groups and students have to complete these projects in a short period of time. Teachers help students prepare projects. Slovakia education ranking is always included in the world rankings.Universities have freedom in the preparation and implementation of curricula, in the conduct of scientific work, and in the awarding of academic degrees (diploma and doctoral degrees). Also, students’ cognitive skills are developed. The acceptance rate to these universities is from 60 to 65 percent.  Various projects and scientific conferences are held at the universities here. Of course, for the implementation of these works, the issues of training of professors and other personnel should be kept in mind. 2022 Sub-rankings by provinces and territories

The Slovak Republic consists of eight regions (samosprávne kraje in Slovak).Regions are further divided into counties or districts (Slovak: okresy).The Bratislava region has many higher education institutions that follow the Topuniversitieslist selection criteria. Both regions with at least two Slovak higher education institutions matching the Topuniversitieslist placement criterion are included in the following Topuniversitieslist sub-rankings or league tables.
